PRIVACY & SECURITY

Trust and respect are at the heart of every successful, ongoing relationship. Earning and keeping your trust is the standard for everything we do.  We never sell, rent or trade e-mail addresses with any other company.

We may revise this Privacy and Security Statement at any time without notice by updating this page. By using this Site you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this Site and page to determine the current terms to which you are bound.

PRIVACY

Do you sell or trade customer e-mail addresses?

No. We never sell, rent, or trade e-mail addresses.  We don’t abuse the information you provide us, including your email address.  We don’t like a bunch of junk in our mailbox either. 

 

What kind of information will I be asked to provide?

When you place an order, or participate in a promotion, we may ask for some or all of the following: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. If placing an order, the credit card will be processed by an Intuit payment gateway.  If you ship your order to an address different from your billing address, we will ask you to enter the Ship To name and address.

Do I need a password/account to order from FlairDanceClothing.com?

No. However, you may find it more convenient if you sign up for an account with us. In your account we can store your name, addresses, phone, and email so you don't have to enter that information during future shopping visits.  In addition, we maintain a record of your online purchases and orders you’ve placed in person.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your information online in My Account. Log in with your e-mail address and password, then click “Edit your account information”. Your account information will be displayed as we currently have it in our system. If you have any difficulties, you can send an email to us at service@flairdanceclothing.com and we assist you.

In the My Account section you can also track an order, see your order history, keep a Wish List, or notify us of a return.

 

How will Flair use the information I provide?

Your information is used to process and deliver your order to the address you request. Your payment information is processed directly by a payment gateway and the detailed information is never seen by us.  If we have any questions regarding your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.

We may also disclose information about you (i) if we are required to do so by law or legal process (such as a court order), (ii) in response to a request by law enforcement authorities, or (iii) when we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity. Should such a sale, merger or transfer occur, we will use reasonable efforts to direct the transferee to use information you have provided to us in a manner that is consistent with our Privacy and Security Statement. Following such a sale, merger or transfer, you may contact the entity to which we transferred your information with any inquiries concerning the processing of that information.

SECURITY

What does Flair do to protect my information?

We use a variety of current technologies and processes to protect your personal and financial information. We use encryption technology to ensure the secure transmission of any personal information you provide to us while using FlairDanceClothing.com. The ordering area of our site is protected this way and is referred to as "secure."

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN I AM IN SECURE MODE?

If you look at the website address in your browser window, non-secure sections of our site begin with "http://." When you move to a secure area, the address changes to "https://"; the "s" means secure. You'll also see a lock displayed in the lower right-hand corner.

If for any reason you cannot access a secure area of our site to place your order, please call 503-730-5688.  You can also email the details of what you would like to order and we will call you for a credit card number – never, ever email a credit card information.
